Zenas Academy is located at Miyapur, in an eco-friendly campus with over 30,000 sqft of building space. The building comprises of spacious, well lit, ventilated and well-furnished classrooms.

SMART CLASSES

Smart Classess use all interactive modules like videos and presentations and these visually attractive methods of teaching becomes appealing to students who are already struggling with the traditional method of teaching in a classroom. In fact, smart classes are almost like watching movies as sometimes, animated visuals are used to teach a point. This kind of visual is both eye-catching and young students can easily relate with them.

ART & SCIENCE

Here at Zenas, activities such as Music, Visual arts and Dancing are actively encouraged. These will help provide all the students an opportunity to learn and develop their skills and build confidence levels.Our school offers a plethora for the arts housed in the performing arts section: Music is an integral part of the school day. Each morning, assembly begins with a song and instrumental music. COMPUTER LAB

Zenas believes in making its students ‘computer-savvy’. To this effect, computer science is taught to students right from Class 1. Zenas, is well equipped with modern computing facilities for students and teachers. We follow Surf Safe rules to prevent kids from accessing various content on the internet.

AUDIO VISUAL THEATRE

A Picture is Worth 1000 Words. If a picture is worth 1,000 words how much is a video worth? Think back to when you were in school, walking into the classroom and seeing the film projector set up meant class was going to be much more interesting. Showing how a cell divides vs. describing it with words is a day and night difference. Rich media that are readily available on the Internet can help the student grasp more complex concepts quicker and easier then using the written word alone.The school has an A.V. Room which enables the students to avail the benefits of the latest multimedia facilities.

The audio visual room with LCD Projector helps our students to watch documentaries, Projects, Presentations (created by the students and teachers).Various other workshops are also conducted and other audio-visual programs are viewed on the big screen.

SCIENCE LAB

A Science lab is a workplace for the conduct of scientific research. It helps students to remember the concepts better. It helps to transfer the experience to other learning situations. Students perform various experiments pertaining to the curriculum.

SPORTS

Sports are an essential and important aspect of a society; they are indispensable when it comes to their impact on a plethora of public arenas. Sports provide key dynamics when it comes to the augmentation of communal principles by enhancing the physical and mental well-being of individuals and the integration of social classes.

TRANSPORT

Zenas Academy, provides an optional facility for students to commute from home to school. This service is offered from various places of Hyderabad. The buses are operated by experienced & trained drivers/attendants to monitor the children�s safe journey.The school tries to provide a safe and comfortable commuting of students from home to school and back.

It is safer in security aspect also because more children travel together.
It also helps to decongest the traffic, if individual or shared 3 wheelers are used the traffic congestion will be more.
It also helps in curbing the pollution levels which are already alarmingly high in city.
New buses specially equipped and fitted with speed governors, rear camera, first-aid equipment, fire extinguishers etc.

LIBRARY

The school library is central to learning and plays a key role as a place for encouraging innovation, curiosity, and problem solving. Library is a catalyst for literacy and reading and for making a difference in student’s understanding and achievement and provide support for students learning throughout the school.

Our school library plays a key role in the cultural and social life of the school. It can be a central point for engagement with all kinds of reading, cultural activities, access to information, knowledge building, deep thinking and lively discussion.

The library plays an integral part in the delivery of the curricular programme. It provides supporting material for learning in the classrooms and help teach skills required by the students to become literate, informed and able to face the world.

SOCIAL AWARENESS

One of the goals of education is social awareness a better understanding of society and the knowledge of available alternatives. The notion of development usually linked to education should, according to Amartya Sen, promise different kinds of freedoms including the freedom of choice. A prerequisite to this freedom is awareness of the alternatives and a skeptical attitude to that which is taken for granted.

Developing social awareness involves learning about the dynamics of social relationships between individuals, groups and communities. A socially aware individual values human rights and acknowledges the importance of harmonious social interaction for the developmental progress of human beings.

Our play-areas are designed to nurture your little one’s creative vigor in a multi-sensory and information enriched environment.
